Project Guidelines

For this assignment, you will write a brief essay reflecting on your growth this semester related to this assessment and how you envision applying your new skills and knowledge in the future as a practicing nurse. Your essay should be 500-600 words (approximately one double-spaced page), organized in a clear and concise manner. Consider the questions below as a reference to help you prepare this essay.  Note, the goal is for you to write a meaningful and reflective essay. You do not need to answer every question individually, and you should organize your essay to flow logically rather than writing to the questions.

What are your thoughts about the nurse’s role in informatics and its importance to safe, effective healthcare practice?
How do you envision applying the informatics competencies you have developed in your future nursing practice?
